Yes. We are a prevention-focused dental clinic in Sidney, BC and welcome patients who want routine cleanings and maintenance without pressure for extensive treatment.
If you are visiting from another dental office for hygiene-only care, we recommend continuing exams with your regular dentist. With your consent, we’re happy to share treatment notes to support continuity of care.
If you are under the care of Dr. Andrews, we will provide clear recommendations when needed — but decisions are always collaborative.

How often should I schedule a dental cleaning?
Most patients benefit from hygiene visits every 4 months, though frequency varies based on gum health, medical history, and individual risk factors. We’ll help determine the right schedule for you.

Do you offer mobile dental services in Sidney, BC?
Yes. Dr. Austin Andrews, D.M.D., is the only dentist in the Sidney area with a fully equipped mobile dental unit. We provide care in hospitals and long-term care facilities for patients who are unable to travel to a traditional clinic.
Who qualifies for mobile dental care?
Mobile services are available for patients with medical or mobility limitations that prevent them from attending in-clinic appointments. Contact our team to discuss eligibility.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes. We direct bill to most dental insurance providers, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). If you’re unsure about coverage, our team can help review your benefits.
